Originally from Wilmington, NC. Mr. Martin graduated from John T. Hoggard High School in 1981 and immediately entered the construction business forming in 1982 what has now evolved as the Martin Organization, llc. Mr. Martin is well known for his design, construction, and management of state of the art self storage projects accredited nationally for assisting in revolutionizing the self storage industry. Additionally, Mr. Martin has developed and managed wholly owned class A office, retail, medical and institutional projects as well as two luxury quality of life neighborhoods.

In 1994 Mr. Martin designed and constructed his first self storage center known as "Martin Self Storage" which later won the prestigious "NATIONAL FACILITY OF THE YEAR AWARD" given for design excellence. Mr. Martin assisted in forming the North Carolina Self Storage Association (NCSSA) and later served as its President and Chairman of Legal Affairs. Mr. Martin serves as Senior Vice President - Commercial Division of Barclays International Realty in Palm Beach, Florida where he is also a licensed Florida sales associate.

Mr. Martin is also the owner of Martin Development, Inc. (1982) and licensed as a General Contractor in North and South Carolina for residential and commercial construction.

Hobbies include: Foreign language and culture, architecture, art, travel, exercise, boating, cycling, and basketball.

A resident of Wilmington, NC, Maurice enjoyed a career on Wall Street, trading equities and brokering transactions, for 5 years before leaving New York City for Wilmington, NC. His background and work history also include over 10 years experience in the construction field, from hands-on work in the field, to project management, to development. Maurice has also been an active investor in both residential and commercial real estate for over 12 years, and now specializes in identifying value opportunities in the Wilmington market.

Angel is a Wilmington native and has been involved in real estate since 1998. She starting her career as the Executive Director of Operations for the world renowned home designer William E. Poole.
